All pallets sold on our website consist of liquidation, overstock, and customer return items. Due to the nature of these goods:

• Some items may be untested, used, or missing original packaging
• Pallets may be sold as manifested or unmanifested

🚫 No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pallet purchases due to the bulk and liquidation nature of the items.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong order
• Your order was not delivered due to our error

If any of these apply, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos and order details).

📸 Damaged or Missing Items

We are not responsible for:

• Minor damages
• Missing items within pallets
• Variations from manifests

These are standard risks associated with liquidation purchases.
