How to track your order:

What to Expect After Purchase

  1. Order Confirmation You’ll receive an instant email confirmation with your order details and estimated readiness/shipping date.
  2. Puppy Preparation Our family-raised Havanese puppies receive health checks, vaccinations, deworming, and early socialization while we prepare them for their journey.
  3. Shipping Notification Once your puppy is ready (or supplies are packed), we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with the carrier tracking number (typically UPS, Delta Air Cargo, or ground transport for puppies).
  4. In-Transit Updates Track every step — from our home in Pittsburgh, PA area to your doorstep. Most puppy deliveries are completed within 1–3 days after departure.
  5. Delivery & Welcome Your puppy arrives happy, healthy, and ready to cuddle! You’ll also receive a detailed care package with health records, food samples, toys, and our 24/7 support contact.

Common Questions

How long does shipping take?

  • Ground transport: 2–5 business days
  • Air cargo (most common for puppies): 1–2 days We always prioritize the safest and most comfortable option for your puppy.

What carriers do you use? We partner with trusted pet-safe carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized animal transport services that meet all USDA and airline requirements for live animals.

I can’t find my order number or tracking link. No problem! Email us at info@hammihavenese.org or call +1 (862) 395-0554 (9 AM – 6 PM EST). We reply quickly.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it yet. Please allow 1–2 hours for final handoff, especially with live animal deliveries. If you still haven’t received your puppy or package after 4 hours, contact us immediately.
